Downgrade s24 utlra Android 14_to_13

Downgrading s24 utlra Android 14_to_13:

1. Ensure your device bootloader is unlocked.
2. Download the factory image for the target Android version.
3. Install ADB and Fastboot on your computer.
4. Boot your s24 utlra from 14_to_13 into Fastboot mode.
5. Run the following commands:
– fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
– fastboot reboot-bootloader
– fastboot flash radio radio.img
– fastboot reboot-bootloader
– fastboot -w update image.zip
6. Reboot your device and complete the setup.
